Statutory Deductions

Year-to-Date Summary

Year-to-date (YTD) totals accumulate all earnings and deductions from the start of the tax year to the current date. These figures appear on payslips and in the P60 report.

Where to find YTD totals

As an employee: Open any payslip — the bottom section shows cumulative YTD gross pay, PAYE, NIS, NHT, and Education Tax.

As an admin:

PayrollAnalytics
shows aggregate YTD totals across all employees, filterable by department.

Per employee: Open an employee profile and select the Payroll tab to see their individual YTD figures.

At year-end, distribute P60 certificates to all employees — these contain the definitive YTD totals for the tax year.
