IT Management

Keep a complete register of your IT assets — who has what, what needs maintenance, which warranties and licences are running out, and what each asset is worth.

IT Management is a licensed product. If you don't see IT in your sidebar, ask your Soundial administrator to enable it.

See total assets, what's assigned vs in stock, lost/missing items, warranties expiring within 30 days and total value — plus end-of-life alerts and charts of assets by status and type.

Add assets

Register laptops, desktops, monitors, mobiles, tablets, printers, biometric and network devices — with purchase cost, warranty, supplier and condition. You can bulk-import from a CSV.

Assign an asset

Assign an asset to an employee, a department, or a location, and record the condition on handover.

Vehicles are not IT assets — register those under Fleet & Equipment.

Employee requests

Employees can request new equipment, a repair, a replacement, or to return an item from their ESS portal. Those requests land in the queue for you to review, approve and fulfil.
